Whilst we endeavour to ensure all images and specifications are correct, they can vary, and for some commodity parts we use our own 'library' pictures; i.e. for a specific engine (a high-value item) it is appropriate to illustrate the condition of that unique unit, whereas for a switch (a common and low-value item) it would be impractical to illustrate each individual one, and so we will use one picture of the switch repeatedly.
We try to supply the exact part that the Customer requires by reference to VIN Number or Jaguar part number, but we cannot guarantee that all parts are correct and fit for the Customer's purpose. All sales are made on the understanding that the Customer is responsible for this.
If a product is out of stock we will contact you with an anticipated delivery date. If you do not wish to proceed with the order we will arrange for it to be cancelled.
VAT is not charged, as turnover is insufficient to require registration..

We use a local TNT agent for most sizeable and international shipments, and Royal Mail services for small packets within UK and Europe. The method of shipment, timescale and cost is always agreed with the customer in the ordering process.
We will quote an accurate cost for delivery by telephone or email based on the weight, dimensions and final destination of the goods. You can then decide whether to accept our quote or arrange delivery yourself.
Should any damage be identified on opening the package please notify us within five working days. A photo is always a help. Arrangement will be made to collect the damaged goods and replacement sent. Please do not dispose of the damaged goods or any packaging as this will be required by us to effect a claim against the carrier.
Please notify us of any incorrect or short delivery of goods within three working days of delivery. Please do not open or use the item. We will give consideration if there are circumstances that have prevented you from informing us within the specified time.
You have the right to cancel your order within 10 working days of delivery by notifying us in writing or email. Cancelled orders will be subject to credit only after being returned and received by us.
In all instances goods must be returned as new and packaging undamaged. Should the items show any use, damage or be incomplete, a fee of 50% will apply; this will be deducted from any credit issued.
In the event of you not being happy with any product you have ordered from us please contact us within five working days of delivery. Please do not return any goods without contacting us first.
Goods must be returned "as new" and in original packaging. It is your responsibility for the safe return of the goods (please use adequate packaging).

Major units such as gearboxes and differentials have a 3-month guarantee.
Some items are sold explicitly on an exchange basis. In these cases a refundable surcharge is made pending return of your old part for reconditioning/rebuilding. It is the purchaser's responsibility to pay for the return shipping.
Refunds are made upon receipt of the old unit, and on condition that the returned unit is in good condition for reconditioning. Any cutting, welding, cracking of the basic unit which renders it useless for reconditioning (or will incur substantial extra cost to rectify before reconditioning) will cancel the right to refund.
Electronic units are identity-marked so that, if you need to return because substitution has established no problem with your original unit, we can both be sure that it is our unit that has been returned, and the agreed test substitution charge can be rightfully made.
Our substitution policy allows for the return of electronic units by prior arrangement. If substitution has eliminated the need for the unit, we will take back our original unit and refund 75% of the price. The unit must have been paid for in full, and the cost of delivery and return are he responsibility of the Customer.
We cannot be held responsible for any consequential or indirect loss, including, but not limited to, any fault or damage caused by the fitting of parts. We cannot be held responsible if any vehicle is off the road whilst a part is being sent back for exchange.
None of these terms and conditions affect your Statutory Rights as a consumer.
